Felix Portnoy

Hybrid Cloud Customer Experience Lead, IBM

Felix Portnoy serves as the Hybrid Cloud Customer Experience Architect at IBM Power where he leads the organization towards a frictionless customer experience. Felix is a published researcher and winner of awards in academia and industry, including the HFES Best Paper Award in Perception and Cognition, Google Research Award, and IBM’s Finance and Operation Champion.
Felix completed his PhD in Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition, he completed his MASc in Industrial Engineering in the University of Toronto, and a BA in Psychology in the University of Haifa for his work in Psychobiology.
