Dexter Zavalza is Conversational UX Lead at Deloitte Consulting. Dexter is a conversation designer, conversational AI consultant, and multilingual strategist with experience across the conversational AI and digital content landscape, from chatbots and IVR to SMS and VUIs and every omnichannel solution in between. He’s also a UX generalist versed in end-to-end UX design, content and research best practices.
With nearly a decade of experience writing, designing, architecting, deploying and tuning production virtual assistants and omnichannel contact center solutions, Dexter has designed solutions for dozens of Fortune 500 companies. He previously held roles at several Silicon Valley-based technology and financial services companies after completing his PhD at the University of California, Berkeley.
