Carol Righi is the Methodology Lead for AI-Enabled Customer Service Solutions at 1904labs in St.Louis, Missouri. Carol leads a team to drive Best Practices for Intelligent Virtual Agent design, bringing technologists, UX professionals, and others together to deliver superior IVA solutions to our clients.
Carol has been a practitioner of UX for 30 years. She has consulted for companies such as Google, Yahoo!, Amazon, IBM, Scottrade, Wells Fargo, BJC, Fidelity, MetLife, and many others. Past positions have included Director of UX at 1904 labs, IBM, and Perficient. She is co-author of “User-Centered Design Stories”? and “User-Centered Design: An Integrated Approach.”
