Claude Elie is the Creative Director of User Research in the CIO’s office at IBM. Claude received his master’s degree in Cognitive Psychology from Binghamton University and has over 23 years of experience in the industry. He facilitates the collection of data to support design at all stages of the development process and pioneered the Voice of the Employee program which employees consistent and reliable methods to evaluate and improve the end user experience for IBMers worldwide.
