Pauline has been immersed in the field of customer insights and UX research for over 20 years. Her career started on the consultancy side at Cheskin Research, where she partnered with some of the biggest companies in Silicon Valley to help them better understand their customers and innovate. Through her work independently and across various agencies, she’s collaborated with a wide range of clients – from small start-ups to larger corporations like Adobe, PepsiCo., Microsoft, Gap Inc., and Johnson & Johnson. On the client-side, Pauline served as a Principal UX Researcher at Walmart eCommerce, where for over 10 years she helped impact product & design decisions as a customer advocate and voice of reason across various areas of the business.
