Jelena Senour is a Senior UX Researcher at Meta. With over 10yrs in tech and a background in Engineering Psychology from Tufts, she brings a unique cross-functional and pragmatic perspective to her research, a strong believer in bringing partners along for the ride. Her breadth of experience spans enterprise products, e-commerce, telecom with a focus in call centers/agent experiences, mapping coverage data, and Wi-Fi consumer products, collaborating with companies such as Walmart, T-Mobile, HTC, Cisco, and Google. When she’s not storytelling, she may be sighted hiking in the Pacific Northwest of WA state.
