Nadine Levin

Head of User Research, City and County of San Francisco

Nadine is a molecular biologist turned anthropologist turned UX researcher, who has been thinking about the social implications of data for the last decade. After exploring big data and open science in her academic work, she worked at Facebook on projects on aging, digital literacy and learning, and equitable privacy. She is currently head of research in the Digital Services team at the City and County of San Francisco, where she focuses on equitable service delivery and finding the nexus of staff and resident needs.
