After discovering design, product and customer research over 15 years ago, Elwyn hasn’t looked back. Her UX research approach analyzes human needs for emerging technologies and grounds strategy through design and market trends to develop compelling products. She’s experienced in UX for TV, smart homes, wearables, IoT, mobile, VR, AI, and digital assistants. These days she spends her time planning and overseeing the overall UX research program for Google’s TV org, developing the researchers on her team, managing stakeholders, and pushing forward inclusion initiatives at Google.
