Tacy Holliday is a director at Applied Information Sciences. Prior to her current role, she served as a Solution Architect focusing on experience design and strategy. She worked closely with others in UX and organizational change management to architect successful adoption of technology and related strategic initiatives for clients. Her clients have included Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies and spanned public and private sectors. The uniting thread in her more than 15 years of work experience in commercial, nonprofit, and public institutions is the intersection of technology, UX, organizational change, and leadership. Tacy is also an Adjunct Instructor in the University of Maryland Global Campus Doctor of Business Administration program. She holds a master’s degree in psychology, a Ph.D. in organizational psychology, and is a Prosci-certified change practitioner.
