Pushpinder Lubana (PhD, Anthropology) leads a team of UX researchers at PayPal, focusing on customer experiences that span products, services, and platforms. She also works on a company-wide initiative to build equity and justice through product design. Prior to her current position, Pushpinder has worked across healthcare, biotech, marketing, and academic research for over 15 years. Outside of her day job, she serves on the board of a non-profit in the US called Blossom Projects that supports marginalized youth in India. Her mantra “Ordinary actions can lead to radical change” keeps her single-minded and confident about social change.
