Kim Wilton is a Senior Program Manager in Microsoft’s Web Experiences Collective Studio. She has over 20 years of experience working as a user experience researcher at Microsoft having led teams and worked as an IC. She’s worked on consumer, financial, security, and enterprise products. When she applied to present at the conference, Kim had been a user researcher at Bing for 10 years. Projects included search in Windows and Edge, multimedia search, and more. Kim holds a B.A. from Sewanee: The University of the South.
