Sabrina Duda has over 20 years of experience in UX and is passionate about user-centred product development and considering users’ needs and emotions. Sabrina earned her MSc in Psychology at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany, where she specialised in Engineering Psychology and Cognitive Ergonomics. Sabrina co-founded one of the first usability agencies in Germany – eye square – and served for over 12 years as a managing director and partner.
Since 2015, she lives in the UK and has worked as a Principal UX Researcher, Head of UX and Senior UX Researcher for Refinitiv (LSEG), Valtech, The Lab Group, Experian, Zava, Ministry of Justice, The Very Group, ThoughtWorks. Currently, she works as a Senior User Researcher for DWP (Department for Work and Pensions) at DWP Digital – Payment Services.
