Liz Martin has spent the past 8 years in UX research for major financial institutions like Wells Fargo and U.S. Bank. She’s always been curious and learned early that curiosity isn’t always appreciated! In her current role as research manager, her focus is the strategic implementation of research within an agile environment.
Rocio leads studies at U.S. Bank as a UX Researcher in the Business Banking agile product portfolio. Prior to this, she conducted UX studies across 5 product verticals in the healthcare industry. Her research career began as an ethnographer, studying work hazards of immigrant Latinx farmworkers and laborers.
