Dr. Jennifer Harder is the Director of Roadmap Domains with the First Responder Network Authority. She works with agencies and industry to identify innovations for enhancing public safety communications. She served for 12 years as the Administrative Sergeant for the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department SAR K9 Unit. She also served as a Disaster Preparedness Coordinator for Scripps Health in San Diego, CA, and a Police Communications Specialist for the Broomfield Police Department in Broomfield, CO. Dr. Harder holds graduate degrees in Experimental Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi, as well as undergraduate degrees from Colorado State University.
