She holds a MA in Design from the University of Baltimore and has leads software product design teams as a Usability Analyst for a federal government agency for over 6 years. She draws her insight from a keen understanding of the scientific method and uses this skillset in her design approach. Her contribution is said to be like a strong wi-fi signal.
