Andrew Schall

Senior Director of Experience Design Research, Mayo Clinic

Andrew has 20 years of experience as a UX researcher, strategist, and designer working with organizations such as The New York Times, Citibank, Harley Davidson, National Institutes of Health, and Southwest Airlines. As the senior director of experience design research at Mayo Clinic, Andrew works with his team to create the next generation of healthcare technology. He is also an adjunct faculty member at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) where he teaches graduate students about Human-Computer Interaction. Andrew is the editorial director for the online publication UX Booth and is currently the director of publications for UXPA International.
