Abigail Noonan is Director of User Experience Research at Travelers Insurance. Abigail has a background in Human Factors Engineering in clinical environments, graphic design and web development. She has previously been published in the Journal of Medical Internet Research and DigitalGov and has presented at the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society. Her son, Teddy, is a happy and healthy five-year-old, isolating through his first pandemic.
